Content
Yangutu is designed as a place for meeting new people, having discussions and sharing photos, news and information. It is important to us, and you, that it stays a safe and friendly environment. To keep it this way, you are not allowed to place any insults, obscene statements, or pornographic material on this site or any other materials which may offend human dignity. Equally importantly, you must not post material that may encourage terrorist activity or conduct that would be considered a criminal offence. Lastly, you must not post User Content that infringes other people's intellectual property rights. This means not copying other people's materials or photos without their express permission.
By placing User Content on the Website, you give us the right to use that User Content in marketing, advertising and other materials. If you'd rather we didn't use your content, please just let us know by writing to info@yangutu.com.

We give you permission to download and temporarily store pages from the Website for the purpose of viewing them on your own personal computer.

YANGUTU.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE MEMBERS. YANGUTU.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONDUCT ANY CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK OR OTHER SCREENINGS (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDER REGISTER SEARCHES), AT ANY TIME AND USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YANGUTU.COM MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING YOUR ULTIMATE COMPATIBILITY WITH INDIVIDUALS YOU MEET THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU SHOULD NOT PROVIDE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION) TO OTHER MEMBERS.

Yangutu.com is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service.

We can use your personal information, such as email address, to send you our notifications of your New Matches, Soulmates, and other service notifications. We can also send you notifications from our Yangutu Network services such as Daily Talks and Corporate Blog with an ‘unsubscribe’ option in email. We do not sell, give or exchange your personal information with any third-party applications.

Return and cancellation policy
General. Yangutu bills you for paid services through your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method") for use of the Service. You agree to pay Yangutu all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you, and you authorize Yangutu to charge you through your Payment Method for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Yangutu reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment. When you purchase or receive credits (your "coins"), you do not own them. Rather, you receive a limited right to use such coins for services on Yangutu such as "Wall of Fame", gifts, etc.
Recurring Billing. Auto Top-up works by adding coins to your Yangutu account when it reaches less than 200 coins. You will be recharged with the same amount using your most recent payment method. For example, if you purchased the amount of Yangutu coins equivalent to $15.00, and enabled Top-up, your preferred payment method will be billed $15.00. You can change your Auto Top-up at anytime in your payment settings.
Current Information Required. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing information. You must promptly update all information to keep your payment method current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify Yangutu if your payment method is cancelled (e.g., for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password. If you fail to provide Yangutu any of the foregoing information, you agree that Yangutu may continue charging you for use of the services.
Payment Method. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the "Payment Method Provider"). If Yangutu does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your billing account upon demand.
Refund for Paid services. Purchases of coins, paid services and subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Our customer service responds to the clients' requests within 2 working days.
Laws and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. All disputes shall be considered in a juridical procedure according to the laws of the USA.
