And now, word around Hollyweird is that Jada has taken one step closer to leaving Will by getting herself a highly effective and well known divorce attorney, according to inTouch Weekly magazine. The magazine is reporting that Jada Smith recently met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, and Kim Kardashian. A source tells In Touch that Smith has “finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage,” even reportedly turning down a role in Keanu Reeves directorial debut to spend time with her kids during this “difficult time.”

Despite denying divorce rumors back in August, it appears that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith may be finally going their separate ways...Jada Smith recently met with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented the likes of Britney Spears, Maria Shriver, and Kim Kardashian.
Will and Jada had separated in August after 13 years of marriage. The pair issued a statement in response to the allegations: "Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact."
DANG MAN! We thought they were gonna beat the odds. In some strange way the were part of "our family" in our minds. O remember when we first heard they were dating we all thought wow "nice match" for Will. Jada our favorite home girl from back in the day..
Without them knowing anything whatsoever about the goings on inside their marriage, because Jada allegedly retained a divorce attorney according to rumors suddenly she is the lowest of the low. She's a gold digger, she's trifling. She's giving up on her 13 year marriage. What is funny is nobody is assigning any blame on Will. What did Will possibly do to lead to Jada seeking a possible divorce if the rumors are to be believed?
It's never the man's fault when the woman seeks a divorce. Women are expected to quietly put up with whatever it is that is required in a marriage for the sake of the man and that's it. The double standard is amazing. Men rarely rake other men over the coals when they mess up their marriage. Example, Tiger Woods cheats throughout his marriage with numerous women, yet Elin is called a gold digger because of the divorce settlement.
Will and Jada's marriage and they no nothing about it. When you call them on their ignorance, they get nasty and insulting. They know who I am referring to. When I say it ain't that serious, I mean that Jada and Will's marriage ain't a serious matter that directly affects anyone, so why fling insults at either party for something that will never affect anyone.
It felt like something was wrong when they started pimping out their kids as "super stars" instead of letting them slowing develop the various crafts of singing, acting, dancing, to see if these varied public displays honestly make a good fit for each child.
What kind of mother creates a "rock star" out of an 8-yr-old girl? That's like telling her: "Congratulations- you're a princess!"
Could the same be said of the Olson twins whose parents pimped them out as babies? And the whole world knew them on that popular TV sitcom? How about Shirley Temple? Sammy Davis Jr? I could name hundreds of child actors who were 'stars'. What Will and Jada did is nothing new.
She's nothing without Will as she will soon find out if she dumps him. She has the top man now, so where is she going to go except down hill from him. She'll spend her time try to slide herself back into his life or she'll try to parade man after man in front of him trying to make him jealous (thats how women operate) and it won't work.
All I know is giving up on her family life of 13yrs and if you can support that you're making my point for me. I'm sure children and Will - will suffer but you're on her side. Well that tells me a lot about you. She'll be sorry in no time , but no she needs to satisfy that itch. And when she true to come back Will shouldn't give her the time of day.
